Minutes of the Agm  held Centenary House Tuesday October 14th 2008.

1.  Roll call Steve Goulding, Graham Roberts, Claire Roberts, John Gallagher, Pat Roberts, Steve Martin, Gill Martin, Bob Stott, Harry Mason, Janet Webster, Rob Noriss, Graham Pounder Graham Robertson, Norma Robertson and Helen Hampshire.
2. Appologies were received from Janet and Paul Perfit Joan Smith Francis affleck and Mike Gerwat.

3. Minutes of the 2007 agm were accepted as a true record. proposed by Steve Goulding seconded by Harry Mason. there were no matters arising.
4. Chairmans report. Bob said a big thank you to everone who put in so much work with organizing our events. we have had some good outings during the year even though we had problems with the minibus. Bob then told us about the trips we had been on during the year.
Secretarys report. Mike is not attending so we had no report.
Treasurers report. Graham says we have done well this year. please see report. Bob thanked Graham for a very good report. Minutes secretarys report. Pat said how difficult it is to take down minutes with a tape recorder. it will be a lot better if John takes minutes down on his braille device. Elections. Harry now took over the meeting. Chairman proposed by Pat Roberts seconded by Steve Goulding Bob Stott was willing to stand and was elected.
Bob now took over the meeting.
Gill proposed Mike gerwat Pat Proposed Graham Roberts who was not willing to stand Harry Mason seconded Mike Gerwat who was elected.
John Gallagher was elected minutes secretary.
Graham Pounder will take on the treasurer but will give it up next year.
the trustees remained the same.
There was no uther business and the meeting closed.
