The minutes of the last meeting were aproved.
Outings and events.
Tuesday September the 8th we have the fish and chips supper followed by a table
top sale and a raffle. Please bring a raffle prize and can you be at the
kitchen for 6.pm to put in your order.
On Saturday September the 19th we have a trip to Wetherby
Please meet at Shire view for ten AM. and Centenary
House for ten fifteen.
Tuesday the 22nd we have a meeting and maybe the rest of the quiz. We also have
an audio presentation of Leeds at war.
Treasurers report.
Graham Pounder has sent in his report. Graham does not wish to stand for
Treasurer at the agm.

As I cannot attend the meeting I will put a report hear. I find I have managed
to do the minutes via email tape and in print o.k. I hope now I can achieve
large pring o.k now I have
a new printer. I feel we should discuss our future as a group see below. Thanks
to Graham Roberts and Claire for all the help during the last year. John

my motion is
The future of visc.
Proposed by John Gallagher seconded by Pat Roberts.
Pat and I feel we should all discuss our future as a group. Do we need to carry
on in the way we have been doing. I personally feel we should run the club now
on a much more user group basis without committe
posts. it is very difficult for people to fill committe posts so a good talk about this is needed.
